Refund & Return Policy

At Eugene North, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned according to the policy below.

Return Requirements

Products are eligible for return within 30 days after delivery if they:

  • Have not been worn or used
  • Are returned in original condition
  • Include original packaging and tags
  • Are not listed as non-returnable

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final clearance products
  • Personalized items
  • Gift cards

Return Procedure

To request a return authorization, please email support@eugenenorth.com and include:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return

Approved returns will receive further instructions from our support team.

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the issue.
